Why Work With Vera Mental Health Clinic?

Vera Mental Health Clinic is a growing, multidisciplinary mental health service committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care within a supportive and professionally governed environment.

Working at Vera is not simply about joining a clinic  it is about becoming part of a collaborative journey where clinicians and support staff work together to create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

We value every member of our team, from clinicians to administrative professionals, recognising that high-quality care is built through shared responsibility, mutual respect, and a strong sense of professional integrity.

At Vera Mental Health, we aim to provide a work environment where professionals can develop their skills, maintain clinical autonomy, and feel supported in their career progression, while contributing to a service that prioritises safety, compassion, and excellence in care.

Our Principles

Since its foundation, Vera Mental Health Clinic has been guided by a people-centred approach  fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared growth.

We actively value the perspectives, feedback, and professional judgement of our team members in shaping clinical standards, service development, and internal processes. Our decisions are informed by ethical practice, respect for diversity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Vera Mental Health is committed to equality and inclusivity. We provide a professional environment free from discrimination, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, or beliefs.

Our human resources approach focuses on attracting the right professionals, supporting their integration into our clinic, and building long-term professional relationships based on trust, mutual respect, and shared values.

Training & Professional Development

At Vera Mental Health, we recognise that high-quality clinical care depends on ongoing learning and professional development.

All team members joining our clinic receive a structured onboarding and orientation programme, designed to support a smooth transition into our clinical and operational systems. Upon completion, clinicians receive a formal orientation certificate confirming their participation in Vera Mental Health’s professional onboarding process.

We actively support continued professional development through:

    •    Orientation and onboarding training

    •    Ongoing knowledge sharing within the multidisciplinary team

    •    Opportunities to engage with new clinical responsibilities as the service grows

    •    Supportive clinical governance structures that encourage reflective practice

For us, professional growth is not limited to technical skills it is about developing confidence, clinical judgement, and a strong professional identity within a trusted team.

If you are seeking a workplace where you can grow professionally while contributing to meaningful, ethical mental health care, we would be pleased to hear from you.
