Service Description

ADHD Coaching is a structured, goal-focused support service designed to help individuals develop practical strategies for managing attention, organization, time management, motivation, and daily functioning. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is skills-based and action-oriented, focusing on current challenges and future goals rather than exploring past experiences in depth. Who This Service Is For ADHD Coaching may benefit individuals who: - Have a formal ADHD diagnosis - Are currently undergoing assessment - Experience ADHD-related executive functioning challenges - Want structured support implementing strategies in daily life Coaching can be used alongside therapy, medication, or academic/workplace supports where relevant. Areas Commonly Addressed Sessions may focus on: - Time management and planning skills - Task initiation and completion - Organisation and prioritisation - Procrastination patterns - Emotional regulation in daily contexts - Study or work performance strategies - Habit formation and routine building - Goal setting and accountability systems Service Scope ADHD Coaching is not a diagnostic or medical service and does not replace psychological therapy or psychiatric care. Where clinical concerns arise, appropriate referral or additional support options will be discussed.
